Agreement For Deposit

Client will be held responsible for any/all damage to vehicle by client and/or guests. A $250.00 charge will assessed for trashing, smoking, or vomiting in the vehicle. A 30% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Also if the limousine is cancelled within 72 hours of the service it is 100% non-refundable, unless we can rebook the limousine, or at our discretion. Any cancellations made during major holiday's and prom season April & May it is 100% non-refundable deposit. Chauffeur has the authority to terminate further limousine service to any passenger that is behaving in an unruly or unsafe manner. William Jayze Limousine (WJL), Inc., is not responsible for acts of God or mechanical breakdown. In the event WJL is unable to perform under this contract, its liability shall be limited to a full refund of any monies paid. Limousine Rates, Fees, & Other Policies If you would like a quote on a specific transportation please call us direct. We also prorate our hourly rate, with the more hours limo is reserved. We can also do one hour in some cases but our normal is two hours. Gratuity is not included in any of the prices on this site. Call for weekend prices we will try to beat any of our competitors prices.

Gratuity - 20% or $10. per hour Airport Baggage Meet - $5.00 Late Night/Early Morning Fee - $10.00/$15.00 Flight Delay Fee - $10.00 per hour
